AFA Fill System for use with a Drum twist Laying Up machine

This machine is designed to replace the stranding position on a Drum Twist Strander when producing multi unit cables
The machine comprise a Pressure Head that included the Strander Lay plate at the input side and Strander die at the output side
Each unit is filled prior to being assembled in to a multi unit cable with high pair count
Excess PJ is retained by guard and then directed down to the temperature controlled storage tank located below the Pressure Head
A high capacity pump pumps the PJ from the tank to the pressure head. Filling pressure is adjustable
